Dialog Axiata PLC announced today that its 5G network now actively serves over 1.5 million users, marking the largest 5G footprint in Sri Lanka. The rollout covers key metropolitan areas in Colombo, Kandy, and Galle, as well as industrial zones.
The enhanced connectivity is expected to power the next generation of IoT devices and smart city applications. “This is not just about speed; it’s about enabling the digital economy to function without latency,” said the Group Chief Executive.
